The economic adjustment to small batch sizes, we meet with our turned parts for the direct assembly in plastics and die-cast products. Any thread forms such as, thread-tapping (DIN7500), thread cutting (DIN 7513-7516) or KTG for direct screw in plastics are realized cost-effectively. Advantage is the elimination of high tooling costs, since no counter-thread in the workpiece (eg threaded inserts, nuts, etc.) is required because the direct assembly takes place directly into the workpiece. Only a given tube is required in order to screw it directly. Our turned parts replace previously cold formed parts used (so-called multi-station presses) which require high output volumes in order to achieve a reasonable price parts.

With our delivery program “Screws for direct screwing” we deliver a great variety of thread rolling screws in different implementations. In doing so we realize small lot sizes and short-term delivery dates. Upon request we also introduce customer-oriented warehousing also in your company. Apart from the many advantages you can save time and money. We provide: KTG screws for thermoplastic materials: single pass thread or double pass thread (high/low); head shapes with cross or 6-star (similar Torx). Tapping screws: longitudinal slot, cross slot, cross-head-combination slot or 6-star (similar Torx). DIN 7981, 7982, 7983 or to the new ISO standards; special tip-styles, e.g. with with pressed washer. Combination screws with undetachably washers: According to DIN 6901. During re-machining, a cutting tool is used to remove material from a workpiece in order to shape or surface it as required. We offer re-machining (turning, twisting) as wage work. The following machining operations we offer: Turn thin stem, pins and tips Screw punctures, approaches and undercuts Heads of screws / cold shaped parts machining process (turning) further machining operations are possible on request. Our curve-controlled automatic Audrema lathes offer you further possibilities of finishing cold-moulded parts. These automatic lathes are designed to achieve maximum precision and reproducibility at high throughputs. Short loading and unloading times permit economical production of medium-sized and large series.

Simply headed articles (screws and bolts) with diameters ranging from 1.5 to 6 mm and a length of up to 650 mm. Possible materials: Regular steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, light metals. Available with all standard surfaces.

We can press cold-moulded articles – whether solid, semi-hollow or hollow – according to your drawings. Complex moulded parts and individual, special projects are our strengths. Our cold-moulding competence covers flanged bolts, studded parts, stepped bores and parts with an internal or external thread.
