Organic cultivation is unfortunately more expensive than conventional agriculture, on the one hand because fertilizers and natural agricultural products are obviously more expensive than their synthetic counterparts, and on the other because the production obtained is lower than that possible in conventional agriculture. In the end, however, on my plate I will find something that has been produced as the laws of nature allow, without forcing... and this is no small feat.
