Our distribution centre has now doubled our floor space by adding and additional 4000 sq ft.

Product Design for Manufacture Our team is able to support you to design your product for manufacture if required. This is a very technical area where attention to detail is vital. Plastic Injection Moulding Manufacture Once the tooling has been manufactured and tested, it is then time to produce your component or item. Using a variety of machines, we are able to produce batches with manufacturing capacity from 200 to 1000 tons.

The product design process is a vital stage in the production of any product. We work with independent Product Design agencies that do not only work within the Plastics industry, but they are able to design for manufacture in any material that is right for your project. Therefore, if your project requires multiple metals, electronics etc, this can all be catered for. We use this independent route in preference to employing our own in house designers as we feel this gives our clients the best possible options for their products and components, rather that purely designing for plastics.
