PRINCIPAL-R - high-performance robot palletizer

The high-performance high-level palletizer PRINCIPAL-H is capable of palletizing up to 2400 bags or cartons per hour. The fast high-level palletizer is equipped with an empty pallet magazine and an outfeed system. A bag flattener at the beginning ensures that the bags are “in shape” for stacking. Flexible layer patterns are made possible by a servomotor-driven overhead rotating device that rotates the bags to the required position. For example, the bags can be positioned so that the bag seams point inwards or barcodes can be read from the outside. A well-structured layer pattern is guaranteed by the synchronous belt drive of the layer pusher, which enables the exact positioning of the bags or boxes, and the motor-driven front and side shifters, which ensure a stable and right-angled layer.

The semi-automatic Big Bag Filling Station enables the filling of Big Bags (FIBC) with one, two or four loops and Octabins with a filling weight from 500 kg to 1500 kg. With 150 Big Bags per hour, our Big Bag Filling Station is one of the fastest in the world. Additionally, the extremely stable construction and the high reliability characterize the Big Bag Filling Station. There are two versions of the Big Bag Filling Station – one with gross and one with net weighing. The difference between the two weighing variants is that gross weighing weighs the product in the bag during filling and net weighing weighs it in a weigh hopper before filling. The advantage of net weighing is that the big bags can be filled at higher speeds. Highest weighing accuracy is achieved with both variants.

The high-performance bagging carousel CIRCUPAC has been specially developed for the packaging of flour and powdery products in pillow bags and gusset bags with a filling weight of 10 kg to 50 kg. The CIRCUPAC is ideal for filling prefabricated open mouth bags made of woven PP, PE or paper. The special feature of the packaging machine is the continuously rotating carousel: All components are precisely matched to each other, so that the entire process is carried out without a start-stop system. A maximum output of up to 1200 bags per hour can be achieved. All movements are controlled by an intelligent master servo motor controller and are precisely coordinated with each other. An extended filling time by six filling stations as well as the constant compression of the product by special vibration plates result in a well-filled bag.

Currently there are three net weighers in our product portfolio. The differences are in the product feeding. Our weighers are equipped with gravity, belt or screw feeders depending on which product has to be weighed. The choice of product feeding depends primarily on how well the product is free flowing. Moderately flowing as well as powdery and fine products are rather weighed with belt or screw feeding, while free-flowing bulk goods are usually weighed with gravity feeding. The high quality standard of STATEC BINDER is also achieved here through the use of stainless steel and a sturdy and compact design. The use of stainless steel guarantees longevity and high operational reliability even under demanding conditions.
