PSL Assemblies Limited (PSL Group) design and manufacture Thermal Solutions and Semiconductor Stack Assemblies for the global power electronics industries. We manufacture standard extrusion heat sinks, bonded-fin heat sinks and liquid cooled plates - and we build every type of Semiconductor Stack Assembly and Electronic Sub-Assembly. Typical projects include: inverters, rectifiers, thyristor stacks, IGBT choppers, static transfer switches and DCDC converters. PSL has a large CNC/VMC machining factory for the manufacture of aluminium heat sinks and cooling plates, and we provide manual assembly & electrostatically-controlled assembly for scientific projects. We can provide sub-assembly, complete design & build, consultancy, box build and enclosure.
