Punching and bending

Bending machines, which we have allows us precise working of tube with maximal outer diameter ф50 mm and thickness of the wall 3 mm. As well we can bend tubes and profiles with big radiuses and big length – 6 m. With our available equipment we produce welded constructions with length till 6 m and weight till 3 tones. This give us a possibility to produce complex products of bended tubes and profiles with excellent quality. The company produce: Constructions, in which is mounted production equipment. The new CNC milling machines with vertical center with 3 and 5 axis machines give us a possibility to produce complex details with excellent quality. We work usual steel, stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron, brass. The maximum dimension of detail is 1200x600x600 mm, by 5 axis work ф320 mm. The maximum weight of the product is 1000 kg. The company possess universal milling machines, which are used for production of details with small series, repair of instruments, producing of single pieces

With modern turning CNC machine we can offer quality production of big variety of details. All the sockets on the turret have milling functions: оne machine has two spindles and the other has a fourth Y axis. Тhe maximum diameter at work with bar-appearing deviceis ф60 mm. The maximum diameter of the work detail is 380 mm. The maximum length of the work detail – 700 mm.We also have CNC turning machines equipped with devices for the filing of rods with length 3000 mm hydro bar and maximum diameter ф42 mm. We also have a universal turning machines for producing of details with bigger capacity and smaller series.

Metal In has 9 eccentric presses with a force of 40 to 200 tons. We have loaders for roll operation and feeders. 3 hydraulic presses with a force of up to 160 tons. We produce press parts for the automotive, construction and furniture industries. Metal In is certified according to IATF 16949: 2016. We have a tool section for the production and maintenance of punches and bending tools. We also offer a subsequent operation of zinc and zinc-nickel.
