Pvc Motor-driven Rollers

Rollers PVC-STEEL rollers with resin polyamide PA or steel ACC pinion driven by tangential chain or chain with links in serie. The diagrams and tables on pages 66 and 67 show the dimensional characteristics and minimum and maximum lengths of manufacture. The rollers are produced in the following versions: with pinion integral to the jacket for continuous transport; with pinion clutch for stockpiling transport and in connection of machines operating at different speeds.

PVC-Steel idlers with jacket consisting of PVC tube and bearing mounting head rigidly coupled by pressure.They are mounted on angular ball bearings at full complement with or without spacer cage, pre-lubricated and protected with anti-dust labyrinth seals.The finishes of the rollers, the executions of the bearings and the operating temperatures are showed from pages 12 to 15. The axle fixing shapes are shown on page 27.They are used in the production of gravity, push and motor-driven conveyors.The diagrams and tables on page 26 show the dimensional characteristics. Rollers with frustum of thermoplastic resin sectors and with polyamide PA or steel ACC pinion driven with chain links in series.
