The corrugated board industry traditionally relies on corn starch and wheat starch. AGRANA corn and wheat starches are characterised by excellent adhesion and rapid initial tack, which is particularly important at high machine operating speeds.

Working with the HB 950 is ideal if the hot-melt adhesive is applied from above. By hanging the hand gun on a balancer, you can work in a way that is gentle on the muscles and tendons. The safety and protection of the user are ensured by the insulation of the handle, which also does not transport any adhesive. A 1.2 mm bead nozzle is pre-assembled. The standard version has a PT100 temperature sensor, others are available on request.

The label is inserted by the operator under the shaft which is located in front of the gluing cylinder which, with its continuous rotation, drag and applies a thin film of glue, handing the operator already ready to be applied. A special device allows the micrometric regulation of the glue, allowing a perfect gluing and the maximum cleanliness of the label. The EME gluing machines are made of stainless steel and brass, while the tray of glue is in ABS antacid. All parts in contact with the glue are interlocking and can be disassembled easily without any tools, making it quick and easy cleaning. USABLE GLUE: The gluing machines use a sticky compound consisting of powdered dextrin diluted in water. 400 grams of dextrin must be mixed with 600 ml of water. This is vegetable glue derived from potato starch.

Viscid, self-levelling, very short pot life (3 - 4 minutes), fast-curing, almost colourless, glass clear. WEICON Epoxy Minute Adhesive is especially suitable for occasionally necessary repair and maintenance works. It is applied by using the practical double syringe. This means that resin and hardener are delivered automatically in the right proportions. After this, the mixing is done manually.
