Screw conveyors are used to transport grains and powder materials on the horizontal axis. Spiral sheets of different sizes are used depending on the purpose of use. Full spirals are used for transfer purposes only. We produce screw conveyors with capacities ranging from 5 tons/h to 500 tons/h.

Discharge tube screws enable the grain stored in the silo to be transported horizontally and unloaded safely.

Tube screw is used for horizontal transportation of products in flour factories. It is generally used for horizontal, inclined, right and left rotation transportation of flour and bran. The screw mounted at the outlet of the flour and bran silos is connected to the bottom of the rotoflow machine. It is possible to manufacture in various sizes. It is manufactured in different diameters and lengths. It can be made in right or left orientation according to the place where it will be used. It is used in distribution, collection, mixing and wheat tempering operations.

It collects the flour from all exits of the sieve and delivers it to the flour container via pneumatics. Flour inlets are made with separate flour inlet valves. The valves lower the incoming flour into the spiral part. From here, it is directed to the outlet section via a spiral. Since the flour is covered with hair on the spiral, dust formation is prevented. There are ventilation holes at a certain point in this closed sheet metal. The spiral legs are made of rectangular profile. The helix of the gearmotor is located on the side of the outer body and is fixed to this side with the motor stand. There are rubber inspection covers on each flour flap.
