Platinum cured Silicone Hoses have a very low glass transition temperatures. They are transparent, and hence one can see through the fabric reinforcement. Food grade silicones show excellent heat resistance, cold flexibility, dielectric properties and especially good resistance to weather, ozone and UV rays. Platinum-grade silicone formulations are designed specifically for use with food products. FDA approved silicone has reduced food taint and very low bacteria build up resulting in ultimately lower maintenance costs. The platinum-cured Silicone Hoses are reinforced with multiple plies of knit polyester; and wire too if needed, to withstand different pressure levels.The temperature range is between -50 °C +180 °C (upto 250 °C peak working temperatures if reinforced with meta-aramid)

For Air/Water/Fuel transfer, we manufacture a range of hoses in SBR, , PVC/NBR, Hypalon®, Viton®, Neoprene ® (CR), Vamac ® (AEM) and NBR The reinforcement fabrics used are usually Polyester and Nylon, and sometimes even Kevlar ® / Aramid are used for higher temperatures, as per the customer’s requirements The inner tube and outer cover materials may vary, for example, inner nitrile/outer neoprene (available in reinforced, as well as non-reinforced options) We also can develop non-reinforced extruded tubes in different shapes, if the service pressure requirements are very low

Automotive and Industrial – Suction/Vacuum hoses, Radiator hoses, Air & Water hoses. We supply EPDM hoses in a wide range of standard and customized shapes and sizes, with different fabric reinforced options. We also have EPDM corrugated (convoluted) hoses, for air-cleaner applications in Automotive Filters. These hoses have a higher than usual bend radius, for trickier connections, and high ‘vibration’ and ‘vacuum pressure’ resistance. The continuous service temperature of EPDM hoses is -30C to +120 degrees C maximum, with peak temperatures of 150 to 160 degrees C We also supply EPDM-Peroxide cured hoses, where exceptional compression set and heat resistance is needed.

Shore Auto offers silicone coolant hoses in a range of shapes, colours and sizes. Unless otherwise specified, our standard blue Silicone/Polyester hoses meet the requirements of SAE J20 R1 Class A. The hoses generally have 3-4 plies of Polyester fabric, but the # of layers can be increased/decreased depending on the working pressure requirements Temperature range: -56 to + 180 degrees Celsius (-70 to + 350 Fahrenheit). Good resistance to weather and ozone, and resists corrosion from coolant and heat transfer HOSES FOR ORGANIC-ACID BASED COOLANTS We offer a special range of hoses, for resistance to organic acid based coolants, which contain sebacate or 2-ethylhexanoic acid. These extended life anti-freeze coolants which are extremely corrosive in nature, require hoses of specially designed materials. Using normal blue coolant hoses of the standard material for these coolants, will result in pre-mature failures.

Our Silicone Turbo charger / CAC hoses and Air Intake Hoses also maintain a minimum of SAEJ20 Class A specifications, unless otherwise specified by the customer. The convoluted shapes are required when there are slight mis-alignments during fitment or functioning.
