Packaging profiles are made of extruded polyethylene with closed cells, and we have standard shapes: L-profiles, U-profiles, G-profiles, glass bottle profile and other special profiles.

We process polyurethane foams in blocks and in rolls. The main purposes of these raw materials are mainly the protection of sensitive goods during transport, air and water filtration, production of various self-adhesive and non-adhesive foam tapes. They are available in self-extinguishing and standard versions. We produce cut and stamped items from this raw material. Due to the open cell structure, Polyurethane foams are suitable for separating and attenuating sound and vibration. They are also suitable as permanently elastic buffers or as sealing tapes. In addition, they are resistant to many chemicals/solvents and high temperatures. All our transfer self-adhesive tapes meet the requirements of European RoHS and REACH standards. Transfer self-adhesive tapes are available without a carrier or with a textile carrier. We make one-sided self-adhesive tapes in the form of bows, perforated rolls, completely stamped parts or - for easier use - continuously stamped (Kiss-Cut) items. We make double-sided self-adhesive tapes from sponge foam type PU/PE/PVC/EPDM/NBR/EVA in the desired length, width, thickness.

PVC (polyvinyl chloride) foams with closed cells have proven to be excellent in reducing condensation and for sound insulation. Basotect® is a flexible foam with an open cell structure made of thermosetting melamine resin. This material can be used at temperatures up to 240°C. PORON ® High-performance urethane foam material with unique cellular structure and high level of density. It offers exceptional shock absorption, provides high sealing performance, it's flame retardant, heat and water resistant and antistatic material. Antistatic PE and PUR foams are used to protect electronic devices during transport. We use them to make foam inserts and packing pads for boxes, transport containers, etc.

EVA foam has many positive properties. It has excellent adhesion to many polar and non-porous substrates, good resistance to cracks and punctures, and seals well with hot and heat sealing. Typically, this thermoplastic resin is co-polymerized with other resins such as LDPE and LLDPE or is part of a multi-layer film. Due to its flexibility and resistance, it recovers quickly from compression and absorbs colors. It has important applications as a sealant in meat and milk packaging, footwear, insulation wires and cables, pipes, toys, cork, photovoltaic capsules, medical packaging, the automotive industry, thermal adhesives, resin-based adhesives and glass lamination so it could improve impact resistance. It can be found in the automotive, construction, marine, electrical industries, healthcare, packaging, sports, recreation and footwear.

SSA Pana offers felts and filters (polyurethane types of ester-based filter foams and polyurethane types of ether-based filter foams). Felts are ideal for vibration damping, sound and heat insulation in the automotive industry, e.g. interior profiles, car door filling, engine insulation, roof edges, trunk interior. Polyurethane types of ester-based filter foams are ideal for household dust and air filters (H VAC), power generators, vacuum cleaners, etc. Polyurethane types of ether-based filter foams are ideal for filtering water in aquariums, pools, cisterns, etc.

Our EPDM type of artificial rubber can be processed in the form of plates, rolls, perforated rolls, stamped and Kiss-Cut stamped products, if desired and in a self-adhesive variant; meets requirements such as water resistance, thermal and noise insulation, energy absorption and fire resistance.
