Where to use deva.metal ® deva.metal ® is a self-lubricating bearing material manufactured by advanced powder metallurgy. It is fully compacted, unlike oil-impregnated porous bronze materials that are weak by comparison. deva.metal ® is provided with an evenly distributed solid lubricant throughout its metallic matrix. deva.metal ®, which is suitable for dry running at slow sliding speeds and high loads: has high resistance to temperature and corrosion. will tolerate contamination and edge pressures. can be easily machined if required. Applications Iron foundries and steel works, furnace construction, fans, foundry machinery, waste water cleaning plants, water, steam and gas turbines, pumps and compressors, food and beverage industry machinery, packing machinery, construction equipment, mechanical handling equipment and many more. Structure 1. Bronze, iron or nickel matrix 2. Solid lubricant (Graphite, WS 2 a.o.)

Self-aligning ball bearings have two rows of balls, a common sphered raceway in the outer ring and two deep uninterrupted raceway grooves in the inner ring. This type of ball bearing is recommended when alignment of the shaft and housing is difficult, and the shaft may flex. Unlike a single row or double row ball bearing, the self-aligning bearing’s performance will not be affected by misalignment. Therefore, they are particularly suitable for application where misalignment can arise from errors in mounting or shaft deflection inherent in the application. These bearings are made with seal or without seal.

Our self-aligning ball bearings are characterised by their high load capacity and long service life. The KIS range includes both open and sealed self-aligning ball bearings, depending on the requirement. They are particularly suitable for applications with high demands on load performance and wear protection and are used, for example, in industrial machinery, wind turbines and conveyor technology. With low maintenance requirements, they offer long-lasting wear protection. Two rows of balls, two deep raceways in the inner ring and a hollow ball raceway in the outer ring combined for both rows characterise the design of self-aligning ball bearings. Due to the spherical raceway in the outer ring, self-aligning ball bearings are insensitive to misalignments of the shaft to the housing, compensating for static and dynamic angular errors within certain angular limits in a rotating shaft system. We are happy to develop the ideal KIS solution for your application requirements!

Sturdy and practical galvanized or stainless steel linear rails with radial ball bearing sliders. The X-Rail is a family of linear guides with radial ball bearing sliders for applications requiring cost efficiency and high resistance to corrosion. The shaped raceway rail, the flat raceway rail and the telescopic rail are available in stainless steel or galvanized sheet metal. With the T + U configuration, the X-Rail system can compensate for any axial misalignment in parallelism of the mounting surfaces. Three rail width sizes: 20mm, 30mm and 45mm Standard rail lengths up to 3,120mm; different lengths upon request Low coefficient of friction Combination of T and U rails for self-aligning bearing applications Easily adjustable slider preload Polymer based wipers available for added roller bearing protection (available on for the thin body style slider) High temperature resistance up to 120°C/250°F The stainless steel X-Rail linear guide version is corrosion resistant, and ensures...
