The Weber Slicer weSLICE 9500 is the new high-performance machine in the slicer portfolio, which once again set the standard with regards to quality and performance. On the one hand, the uncompromising slicing quality and performance is achieved using the new Weber DirectDrive technology. The product is precisely guided by the direct drive of all components, so that in addition to perfectly sliced, visually appealing slices, the highest portion weight accuracy is achieved while at the same time providing maximum protection for the product. On the other hand, equipment highlights such as the Weber Durablade Performance involute blade ensures the best slicing quality. Moreover, the Vario technology of the new slicer-flagship weSLICE 9500 contributes to this unique performance. If Weber vacuum gripper technology is used, the product yield is increased even further, as remaining end pieces are reduced by more than half.

The Filling method is carefully chosen to match the intrinsic characteristics of your dairy product: its type (e.g. liquid, thick, with or without particulates), what needs to be protected (flavour, vitamins, colour, etc.), its shelf-life (short or long), its sensitivity to external elements (temperature, oxygen). It is a complex equation between relative acidity (pH), the presence of nutrients, presence of O2, sugar content, preserving agents, artificial colourings, stabilisers, which all have an impact on the conservation and bacteriological quality of your dairy product. Our deep understanding of our customers’ dairy product specifications relating to filling has led us to put in place 4 environmental filling families. They mainly depend on the dairy product (weak or high level of acidity), the distribution circuit (cold chain or room temperature) and the expected shelf life of the product.

Available with feet, runners or wheels. Are movable with pallet trucks and forklift. Approximate weight 17 kg. The bins can be ordered with 4 legs, runners and 4 wheels without brakes. The version with 4 wheels without brake can be transformed into the version with 2 or 4 wheels with brake by purchasing the relative accessory. This is only a surcharge that must be applied to the bins that already has wheels (it cannot be applied to the bins with the feet).
