DOLFİN-KBN1 series parts washing machines are used before and after overhaul in repair and maintenance services, especially for washing large and heavy parts. Apart from revision workshops, it is also used for cleaning the surfaces before assembly or packaging in enterprises and factories that produce parts in series. They are special devices designed for large sized and heavy parts such as engines and parts of construction machines, power plant turbines. While the parts placed in the device are rotated on its own axis by means of the washing basket, pressurised detergent hot water is sprayed. Thanks to the pressure, temperature and chemical effect, all oil and dirt on the parts are cleaned.

The machine is designed for cleaning and degreasing of machine parts and components. The components placed in the rotating basket, which can have a diameter of 800, 1000 or 1200 mm. By rotating of the basket the components are washed with washing solution. The machine can be with or without insulation, sensors for level-and temperature controls, mud sump or oil separator. The mud sump is welded to the machine’s corpus. The washing solution flows from the tank into the mud sump and catches the gross dirt. The purified solution flows from the mud sump in the tank. The oil separator designed for separation of the oil from the washing solution. The oil is separated as a surface layer, which is collected in a special bath and discharged out of the chamber. Flowing the dry cleaning of wheat, it is used for the humidity of wheat with a little consumption of water and time. At the same time, the wheat is unshelled also because of the two rotor, which turns with high speed.It can add up to 7% of water in a single flow-through.

The parts to be washed are placed on stainless steel rotative basket and are washed with water mixted with degreaser under high pressure. Washing is done in order to clean oil, sawdust, dirt and wastes on dirty surfaces from different angles by means of time-adjusted pressurized water nozzles according to the part structure and pollution rate. By filtering the water with the recirculation system, the machine is designed to wash parts with minimum consumption of water, detergent, electricity and time.
