Due to the nature of the vacuum insulation panel (VIP) design and manufacturing process it is challenging to verify VIP quality both during and after production with regards to the vacuum level in the manufactured VIPs. Furthermore, it is even more challenging to monitor VIP vacuum level after installation, and over the lifecycle of a VIP. As VIP’s thermal isolation performance is directly correlated with VIP’s vacuum level, such monitoring is crucial for ongoing panel performance and quality evaluation. To address these challenges we have developed a low-cost, contactless sensor Stripres® for measuring vacuum levels in VIPs, both during the manufacturing process and over the course of a VIP’s lifetime. Stripres® sensor is designed to be permanently installed into VIPs during panel production, and subsequently allows for vacuum measurement at any time and almost any place, thanks to contactless measurement process.

The preeflow flowplus16 is a material-resistant, dead space-free miniature pressure sensor in the smallest design - for moving fluids. The "Luer-Lock" (male/female) on both sides makes it suitable for all common dosing systems that work with this type of thread. The sensor generates a standardized, compatible, linearized and temperature-compensated output signal. Existing dosing systems can be easily extended and protected with the pressure sensor. The flowscreen is a robust evaluation device for applications in various fields of application. In combination with the pressure sensor flowplus16, a complete system for fluid process monitoring is created. Thanks to standardized signals and standardized connections, the components can also be integrated as individual components. Your advantages: - Inline sensor - A pure flow sensor - Maintenance-free - Supply/voltage supply 24 V +- 10% - Mechanical Luerlock connection to DIN EN 1707

High-precision pressure sensors from the 8201 series provide exact measurements while exhibiting very little sensitivity to mechanical stresses. Their application therefore goes well beyond research and development laboratories. They are also outstandingly suited to industrial use in quality assurance or for measurement and control tasks in production. Their robust mechanical and electrical construction guarantees good long-term stability and high reliability, while being resistant to aggressive media – which can be measured in liquid or gaseous states. The structure of the sensors includes no mechanical moving parts, which is why they show so little sensitivity to impact and vibration. The pressure sensors can be configured with options to suit the user. Standard types are available ex-stock, and customized customer versions can also be provided. Aeras of application are: —Research and developmemt —Test rigs —Mechanical engineering —Plant control and monitoring

The DCX-38 data loggers are designed for water level measurements with a high resolution in the mbar range. They can detect water levels with a total error band of just 1 mm (measuring range 0,5 m water column, compensated temperature range -10...40 °C). Thanks to their long-life battery, they can keep measuring the water level, water pressure and temperature for years (up to 10 years at a rate of one measurement per hour). The logger can be configured using the supplied software (measurement interval, incident management, delayed measurement start etc.) and data that has been read can be displayed in a graph or chart, converted into fill levels or other units, and exported.

The Suvis GmbH offers flat pressure sensors (see photograph), which we produce ourselves and which can be used for classical static pressure measurements on solid surfaces like automobile frames. The flat pressure sensors are applied especially in cases where one cannot place a borehole in the respective surface. Hence, flat pressure sensors represent “transportable” static pressure boreholes, which one can glue on the surface of the flow body. The photo shows typical flat pressure probes. Typical dimensions are 17 mm (diameter of the flat disc) and 0,5 mm as diameter of the pressure borehole. The disc consists of bronze, while the measurement tube is made of high quality steel. In order not to interfere with the flow the discs are chamfered around their periphery. When producing the flat pressure sensors for you we can take your individual design requests into account.
