The measurement system helps you and your customers in the planning and quality control of winter maintenance activities on the roads and at the airports. The system reports the following road surface information: surface condition, coefficient of friction, water layer thickness, ice layer thickness. Optional measurements include surface temperature and dew point. The measurement data are available for review in the measurement vehicle, e.g. a road maintenance patrol car, and will be further transmitted to winter maintenance centers for display on the client’s system, or to Teconer’s server for review in the Mobile Road Condition Map at https://roadweather.online/.

The sensor is used to measure the moisture of concrete aggregates and is typically installed over a silo belt feeder or a conveyor belt or under a silo trap door to have a view on a moving sample. Current loop is available for feeding the data into your PLC, and a software licence for a PC to calibrate the sensor as well as view and store the data is also included in the system. There are no moving or wearing parts and as the measurement is done by a non-contact remote sensor, the maintenance cost will be very low.

Road or runway surface temperature and dew point sensor for stand-alone use or integration into the Road Condition Monitor RCM511 data message. We manufacture and market mobile and fixed road surface condition and friction monitors, which may also be used at airports to detect runway conditions. The monitors are used to control the quality of winter maintenance operations, especially snow clearing and use of de-icing agents.We offer consulting and research as well as training and modelling of road weather, with focus on optimizing usage of de-icing agents to keep an acceptable level of friction. Another business area is equipment for material moisture measurements mainly utilized in concrete industry.

LPHC are , an acrylic-aluminium made humidification chambers designed to work with our Mini One microclimate generator. LPHC is offered in two standard sizes and also can be built as a special order in different sizes by client request. The body is made of black acrylic with aluminium and front doors from clear acrylic. RH levels are controlled through the Mini One microclimate generator. UNDER CONSTRUCTION CUSTOM STAINLESS STEEL CHAMBERS We are also offering special order microclimate chambers build to client specifications. Those units are constructed from stainless steel and depend on client expectations. All aspects of microclimate can be controlled: relative humidity, temperature and low level of oxygen can be attained. Chambers with controlled relative humidity and temperature can be built with glass doors (as in photo). Units with modified oxygen have solid, special sealed doors. Low level oxygen is generated using nitrogen generator or liquid nitrogen.
