We manufacture bright bar turned precision nuts and fasteners in ferrous and non ferrous materials in standard and non preferred sizes and dimensions. We specialise in small quantity runs made quickly. Whether its to standard, drawing, specification or your need, we can make it. We machine full, lock, half, castle, slotted, nyloc, all metal prevailing torque type nuts as well as dome, wheel, cap and flange nuts. We are fully ISO9001 certified and can provide traceability for all parts. For metric fasteners, we can machine internal threads from M3 up to M52. For Imperial and Unified threads we can machine from 4BA up to 2.1/4 inches. We can machine a range of external thread forms as well. We are often called upon to make double ended thread adaptor nuts where we mix unified and metric sizes on the same fastener.
