Thagora Automatic Leather Nesting is powered by GPU, a key factor in achieving high leather consumption efficiency for Thagora leather multi-hide nesting. Thagora Automatic Leather Nesting and Thagora Leather Cutting System bring higher leather consumption efficiency through Thagora Leather Ranking and Thago leather smart allocation. Thagora ranking module classifies the hides nesting potential. The software uses customizable criteria tailored to the production characteristics. Thagora pre-allocation module automatically calculates the required area per rank for each nesting job. This enables the operators to pick the right quantity of hides from each rank. Therefore, a higher overall batch nesting efficiency is achieved. Thagora leather ranking and pre-allocation of the hides also reduce the risk of remaining with unusable hides when the batch is finished.

Among other things, during the development phase, we think ahead to consider the test contacts for the test fixture. An ICT test without test contacts is also possible.
