Progressive tools are widely used in many areas of production. They enable the production of many details of the same shape or dimensions in a short time. That is why they are perfect for serial production of machine construction elements, household appliances or utility items. At the same time, they are also used in the production of single prototype elements. Among the many types of tools in this category are progressive dies and dies . The latter can be found, among others, in the automotive industry, where about 95% of elements are formed by forming on presses. Progressive dies, like other tools we supply, are used for plastic working of thin metals. They are multi-measure tools. They perform a specific element in a few movements (tacts), with a different feature assigned to each successive pressure of the die. Dies and other progressive tools consist of a die and a punch. Designed with the use of modern programs such as CAD, they can have very complex shapes.

Although control and measurement devices (tests) should and most often are used in a very safe way, they still require cyclical measurement control and regeneration and possible calibration in order to obtain the required measurement accuracy, reliability and repeatability. Ensuring the stability and certainty of quality control - in this case control measurements - translates directly into the quality of manufactured parts and related possible complaints, repair costs and / or service actions. In order to avoid such situations, it is necessary to take care of the impeccable condition of the measuring instruments. The certification of gauges is based on checking that the instrument maintains the prescribed measurement tolerances and MSA processes that confirm the stability of the measurement process of the gauge used in different conditions and by different people. Tests and control and measurement devices undergo the process of checking the current state, and then we carry out the calibration process and recertification. We carry out the certification and calibration process of the gauges in accordance with the procedures resulting from ISO 17025 , which confirms the credibility of our work. At the client's request, we perform work in accordance with the requirements and processes resulting from the individual features or parameters of a given measuring instrument. This in turn requires reliable and permanent quality control (QC ). Quality assurance and its control are often related, although they are defined differently. In addition, elements of the quality system may not be specifically covered by QA / QC activities and responsibilities, but may include QA and QC. Referring to the above definition, as well as taking into account the industry in which we operate, we come to an important issue, i.e. measurement control. Measurement control The scope of measurement control includes many ways and methods, which often requires devices individually
