They engineered for easy installation and maintenance, allowing you to easily reach your production goals. Accraply’s line of Graham & Sleevit tamper proof labelling machines can reach production speeds up to 300 products per minute. They can manage many materials, proving to be most suitable for PVC, rPET/PETG, OPS, and PLA. These machines are suitable of sleeving products from 20mm up to 195mm in dimeter at sleeve lengths from 20mm up to 50mm. The State-of-the-art servo film feed facilitates easy setup providing accurate sleeve placement. The design philosophies utilised on our range of Tamper Evident Applicators are adapted to our Full / Part Body Sleeve Applicators.

The Accraply Shrink Sleeve Models RF150 & RF250 are compact, operator friendly and easy to maintain shrink sleeve applicators that can be used to apply full body or tamper-evident bands to a variety of container shapes and sizes. Shrinkable material is cut to length and synchronously applied at conveyor speeds for the best possible material-to-container placement accuracy. Oval, round and square containers made of plastic, glass, or metal can be handled at speeds up to 150 (RF150) or 250 (RF250) per minute at a 30mm cut-length. Sleeve materials made from PVC, PET/PETG, OPS, or PLA can be run at thicknesses between 40 to 70 microns. The RF Series applicators may be easily customised to suit the exact requirements of a project using standard, compatible modules. Change parts for the RF Series applicators are low cost items that can be fitted in minutes without the need for tools, keeping downtime to a minimum.
