The overall SMT lines capacity is 289 000 Cph. There are 4 SMT lines which are equiped with in-line 3D SPI and post reflow 2D and 3D AOI and off line 3D X-ray inspection, We could offer Selective and wave soldering there are 4 pcs of selective soldering equipments for TH components soldering. Vision SMT could offfer PCB coating process also by Asymtek SL940. Vision SMT has Flying probe machine and we could offer functional test as well based on customer specification. We provide full service from component level to box building. Vision SMT is very flexible and offers a cost effective service solution.
