We are a company that aims to add a different perspective to the heating systems world wide.As Wropan , we blend our art with the heating systems and aim to have an artistic touch to your homes.We produce patterned radiator and heated towel rails on raw stainless steel.The designs on our products were inspired by the nature and karma itself and just as well, come with a large variety of colors. %100 Pressure; TestEach radiator has been applied on pressure test after the welding. Surface Patterned; Before the radiators are painted, all radiators are passed through the surface treatment process.This process consists of 3 stages. 1. Grease denitrification (55-65 °C)2. Phosphatization (55-65 °C, pH=4.8-5.5)3. Three stage rinse ( different conductivity levels). Painting; Eco-friendly primer coating is applied at 160°C, with water based epoxy ester paint. Then it is subjected to high quality powder painting process. In painted radiators RAL9016 which is at European Standart, has been applied at 180°C. Packaging & Labeling; The side covers of the radiator, packed with cardboard supports to protect itself against to external influences, All the radiators are packed with stretch film to proctect them from dust, moisture and the rain.Additionaly all panel radiators are covered with baloon nylon against the bumps
