Induction welding allows you to significantly reduce energy consumption, and thus reduces the cost of manufacturing details. This process significantly reduces the area of thermal action, which contributes to easier cleaning of the joined areas. Induction welding technology allows for its automation, which makes the process repeatable and simpler (and therefore cheaper). CNC bending of sheet metal technology is the most popular method of plastic processing, allowing to obtain details of both simple and complex shapes. The use of modern press brakes allows for the maximum possible repeatability in cnc bending of the produced elements for any number of items. The modern CNC tube bending services and the automatic compensation of the deflection arrow give maximum accuracy and repeatability in 7 axes and allow you to maintain the required angles along the entire length of the bending line. We have extensive experience in the metal designs of small and medium-sized structures and the modernization of machine parts. We are able to design or support the process of designing and manufacturing machine parts and steel structures. The physical connection of the design office with the production hall gives us the ability to quickly respond to customer needs and check the proposed technical solutions. Since 2006, steel structures have been the main area in which we help our clients. We are not only manufacturing steel elements to order – very often we help and support our customers in ensuring that metal structural elements meet all strength and utility requirements, and that they are maximally economical. As steel structure fabricators, we are able to produce any steel structures to order – of course, we are also subject to certain technological limitations, but they are small enough that they are not the main obstacle where welding of steel structures occurs.

The technology of laser cutting pipes and profiles has two main advantages compared to traditional processing methods: - tube cutting allows for a significant reduction in the costs of preparing sections for further production; - laser tube cutting services allow the use of many new construction and technological solutions. Our 3D laser profile cutting and 3D welding systems are ideal for machining 2D and 3D components or tubes. The ability to flexibly switch between cutting, welding and laser cladding allows for maximum production efficiency, and the dynamic, optical cutting system significantly reduces processing time. An additional advantage of industrial laser cutting for serial production is the possibility of working in a rotational mode – during the operation of the machine, it is possible to unload and load new elements for processing.
