We are working with different types of aluminium alloys, but we specialize in alloy EN AB 46100, EN AB 47100 and EN AB 44300. We produce a wide variety of aluminium castings for engine parts, electrode parts, car parts, tractor parts, pumps, power and hand tools, and many others ... We adapt cast irons to the needs and wishes of our customers. The monthly production of our facilities of these castings exceeds 130 tons. Our company has been certified for Quality management system - ISO 9001/2008 and we are in preparation to be certified for ISO / TS 16949 and ISO 14001 The company most relevant markets are the Slovenian and German market however we are expanding more and more. Since her founding in 1977 Aluminium Gieterij Oldenzaal (AGO) has specialized herself as a supplier of high-tech aluminium castings in sand- and permanent mould casting. In 1997 subsidiary Aluthix (ATX) was founded as a high pressure die casting and squeeze casting foundry. At this moment 70 people are employed by the both companies. With the mentioned casting processes we have all the technology within our company for producing all kinds of different types of castings. With aid of 3D programs ( for example : Solid Works) we work closely together with our customers to find the optimal solution for their castings.
