OVAL knitwear factory has been manufacturing men’s, women’s and children’s knitted garments as well as scarfs and hats over the past 15 years. We produce private-label to both large retailers as well as small independent boutique shops. OVAL closely works with a number of reputable European yarn suppliers, mainly Italian. The framework of our cooperation may be the following: 1. you provide us a photo, a drawing or a garment with comments of any necessary changes needed; 2. together we decide on yarn and which gauge machine are going to be used; 3. OVAL develops the sample and calculates the price; 4. OVAL provides the color cards of yarn producers in order to choose colors needed; 5. we come to an agreement regarding the terms of contract, from which the main ones are: the percentage of the prepayment and the duration of the production period. We are capable of producing both seamless and fully-fashioned products. The company uses various STOLL flat-bad knitting machines. In the production process, the cutting-edge hot pressing and washing equipment is broadly used.
