We can subcontract upto 40mm to diameter 2500mm. -Drilling, grinding, bevelling : We do it all without blinking, but in protective glasses. -Straightening : Straightening press CDN400 with 3100x3000mm table and 1000mm stroke helps us finish our work with great precision. -Welding : We use precision working plates for weldments up to 4000x6000mm and even more. Our welding shop is equipped with overhead cranes 3, 5t / 5t / 20t. -Painting and surface treatment : with high-quality spraying equipment and a proven paint system, we are simply sure that the result of our work will be in the best coat. The PROSTOR Design company offers a comprehensive portfolio of services in the field of sheet metal machining including laser cutting, sheet metal punching, blanking, press braking, and bending. Thanks to a variety of technologies we put in use we are also able to provide our clients with welding services (resistance welding including welding of fastening elements and spot welding) or pressing-in technologies depending on the nature of the product. Apart from that, as the PROSTOR Design company, we have our own powder painting machines that we use both to cover the needs of our clients' projects and for the production of our own sheet metal products such as sheet metal boxes. The main products are the switchboard boxes for railway wagons, locomotives, trams, trolley buses, as well as special boxes for power, including nuclear. We are using sheet metal working, bendinf and welding. We also supply the finished product for e.g.: - frames for filling glass fibers, agricultural machinery parts and components for locomotives, trams, metro wagons etc.. Equipments for technological operations : Cutting CNC machine, Laser CNC TRUMPF machine (2x), CNC pressbrakes (4x), CNC saw machine, CNC machining Center (5-axis), CNC punching, press machine, welders, spot welder machine, own powder coating and wet painting. Koramex a.s. currently employs 210 workers. BAST means complex CNC sheet metal working and production based on sheet metal, tubes and profiles. BAST (since 1991) employs 200 skilled staff members. We offer our capacities to our customers. We don't develop any own product. Our staffs mean 33 certified welders among the total 60 welders. Sectors of activity: rail vehicles, wood boilers, stoves and fireplaces, switchboxes, zero pressure vessels, street furniture, machine covers. We process steel, stainless steel as well as aluminium. Very important technology is LASER BEAM WELDING with digital camera positioning. Our products can be powder coated in our own line. We offer also liquid painting in our 3 boxes.
