We can subcontract upto 40mm to diameter 2500mm. -Drilling, grinding, bevelling : We do it all without blinking, but in protective glasses. -Straightening : Straightening press CDN400 with 3100x3000mm table and 1000mm stroke helps us finish our work with great precision. -Welding : We use precision working plates for weldments up to 4000x6000mm and even more. Our welding shop is equipped with overhead cranes 3, 5t / 5t / 20t. -Painting and surface treatment : with high-quality spraying equipment and a proven paint system, we are simply sure that the result of our work will be in the best coat. Jsme dynamicky se rozvíjející strojírenský podnik naší hlavní činností je soustružení, frézování, broušení a zajištění následných kooperací (zinkování, niklování, eloxování, válcování, tepelné úpravy atd.). Naše společnost se zabývá třískovým obráběním převážně kovových materiálů. Většina produkce je zaměřena na soustružení menších obrobků do ø42 mm a frézováním. Největší průměr, jaký jsme schopni soustružit je ø340 mm. Používáme nejmodernější CNC soustružnická centra převážně japonské výroby, která se vyznačují vysokou přesností a spolehlivostí. Specializujeme se na středně-sériové až velko-sériové obrábění kovů. Máme zavedený systém řízení jakosti vycházející z ISO 9001.Tím jsme schopni dlouhodobě nabízet vysokou kvalitu za přijatelné ceny.
