Besides α-βTa could be obtained/of interest in a form of thin sheet detached from substrate By our method, we obtained a thick Nb coating and measuredTc - Critical temperature transition to superconducting state. So we saw that our method of coating is perfectly suitable for production of superconducting Nb coatings. Niobium coating can be applied to ceramics, stainless steel, Cu and to produce in the to produce in the form of separate films.
