We are a medium-sized company specialising in supplying thin metal foils with tight thickness tolerances. We cover the range from 0.005 mm to 1 mm thickness. We supply various dimensions from stock, which are optimally suited for use in the workshop and on assembly lines due to their packaging. The material can be easily removed in the required length from the generously dimensioned plastic box and, if necessary, the boxes with a material width of 150 mm, used up to a thickness of 0.25 mm, can be connected with clips. If required, you can simply order these free of charge. As a further option, we supply self adhesive metal foil. Here, the material is equipped with a linerless adhesive layer. The adhesive thickness is 0.04 mm.

The Otto Junker high-grade steel foundry in Lammersdorf, Simerath (20 km south of Aachen), specialises in special alloys. Our range of materials offers customers a wide selection of high-alloy iron-, nickel- and cobalt-based varieties. These materials are melted in highly efficient induction ovens, using vacuum technology where required. Our range of products includes corrosion-resistant alloys, heat-resistant alloys, non-magnetisable alloys, hard-wearing alloys and multiple special nickel- and cobalt-based alloys. We also make cast ferrous materials designed to handle exceptionally high levels of stress corrosion from JUNKERALLOY® nickel-based alloys. We have been producing and supplying many of these materials for decades. We produce more materials than are shown on our website – about 100 varieties in total.

Space and wear parts for blasting machines. We are a leading provider of blasting machine spare parts made of highly wear-resistant cast stainless steel and hardened tool steel. In addition to direct spare parts for blast wheel turbines, our range of goods includes virtually all wear parts that are needed in blasting machines. Blast hangers made from manganese steel and other load suspension equipment for goods to be blasted are subject to extreme wear due to the continuous impact of the abrasives, which sometimes restricts their service life to just a few weeks or months. It is therefore obvious that these products must be made from highly wear-resistant manganese steel. Manganese steel blast hangers have a service life up to 20 times longer than hangers made of traditional steel. This enables much more efficient resource planning.
