We offer manufacturing of sheet metal, metals and metal components – from idea to final product. We are specialized in CNC punching, stamping and perforation; CNC bending, welding of steel, aluminum, stainless steel, in sheets, tubes, or other forms of metal elements; grinding, drilling, and various other finishing activities. At the customer's request, the product can also be powder-coated, flocked or polished using our own facilities for dry-powder coating and flocking paint shop. Our company was established in 1991 year as Koramex - join stock company. The main products are the switchboard boxes for railway wagons, locomotives, trams, trolley buses, as well as special boxes for power, including nuclear. We are using sheet metal working, bendinf and welding. We also supply the finished product for e.g.: - frames for filling glass fibers, agricultural machinery parts and components for locomotives, trams, metro wagons etc.. Equipments for technological operations : Cutting CNC machine, Laser CNC TRUMPF machine (2x), CNC pressbrakes (4x), CNC saw machine, CNC machining Center (5-axis), CNC punching, press machine, welders, spot welder machine, own powder coating and wet painting. Koramex a.s. currently employs 210 workers.
