In 2004, Sahand Zob casting company has got its license from the Industry, Mining & Business Ministry of Iran and begun its activity in the field of the casting of every kind of Cast iron and Steel’s pieces, and with the use of modern mold facilities and laboratory and a very professional skilled staff has prepared a trustful insurance to have the a high quality for its casted pieces. the production capacity of this foundry is 2 tones Steel and 4 tones Cast iron daily. this company is ready and capable to produce these pieces: Casting Ductile cast iron parts Casting Gray cast iron parts Casting alloy cast iron parts Casting steel parts (carbonic and alloyed) Casting cast iron parts from 100 gram to 800 kg Casting steel parts from 500 gram to 250 kg with the use of induction furnace with high capacity, also with steady control for the casting analysis and metallography structure and modern molding system, cold box (for pieces less than 1 kg), semi automatic molding system CO2 (for pieces 1- 40 kg) and manual molding system (for pieces more than 40kg).
