Flow measurement technology has been the core of our business since our company was founded in 1966. From 1976 onwards, Höntzsch has worked to develop, manufacture and distribute innovative and groundbreaking products in the flow measurement sector, and has been part of the DMT GmbH & Co. KG group in Essen as of 2012. Höntzsch also offers solutions for special areas of application such as explosive zones in accordance with ATEX, for gases with operating temperatures up to 550 °C, for measurements under regulatory control in accordance with the "TA Luft" air pollution control regulation and sections 13 and 17 of the "BImSchV" (the German Federal Imission Protection Ordinance), for high flow speeds of up to 200 m/s or for flows with changing directions of flow. Our calibration laboratory is accredited according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 by DAkkS (Deutschen Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH [German Accreditation Body]) for measuring the parameters of length, torque, temperature, relative humidity and scales under register number D-K-15048-01-00.
