Since her founding in 1977 Aluminium Gieterij Oldenzaal (AGO) has specialized herself as a supplier of high-tech aluminium castings in sand- and permanent mould casting. In 1997 subsidiary Aluthix (ATX) was founded as a high pressure die casting and squeeze casting foundry. At this moment 70 people are employed by the both companies. AGO and ATX produce castings with the following processes: - Machine moulded sandcasting ( Seiatsu moulding system ) - Hand moulded sandcasting in organic and inorganic sand systems - Core shooting department for core package castings - Gravity die casting - Permanent mould casting - High pressure die casting - Squeeze casting AGO and ATX also offers the machining, surface treatment and assembly on her castings. With the mentioned casting processes we have all the technology within our company for producing all kinds of different types of castings. From small to large, from one of until larger series of raw or machined castings. With aid of 3D programs ( for example : Solid Works) we work closely together with our customers to find the optimal solution for their castings. Cooperation in the early stage avoids changes in design and saves time and costs. High quality casting can only be made when one has secured her quality.
