We have IATF 16949 certificate and Hyundai SQ certificate. The audit has been done directly by Hyundai. We work with important TIER1s in automotive sector, in Turkey. SAAR SURFACES Srl produces finished products made with Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics(FRP) for all industries in wich Light weight, resistence and durability is a MUST. We use the standard techinques like Hand-Lay up and Spray Up in a open mould of Fiberglass and Resins but in the same time we use, as well and with more efficient results, the new RTM Light equipment that we acquaired for Bigger series of products. KeSan is established to design and build plastic injection molds and later to run plastic injection molding. our room is equipped with modern Japanese Sodick EDM machines, Taiwan CNC machines, Switzerland CMM measurement equipment and many other drills, they give us the capability to manufacture max. 12 tonnes tool and die. On our first floor run in total 10 injection molding machines ranging from 100 to 250tonnes for in-house tool tests and series production. Our manufacturing processes follow closely to our customer’s working procedures. In addition, we encourage the direct communication between our customer and our engineers, managers to oversee projects. We excel in technical molds for automotive, medical and consumer electronics segments, and have the know-how about tooling with unscrewing mechanism, collapsible cores, floating cores, side action, multi-cavity, 2K molding, two ejection system.
