    Alcalic blackening, so called „bruniering“ is the process of creation of anticorrosion black surface on iron, alloys and several other materials. A layer of oxide of iron FeO and Fe3O4 is created. Resulting surface is almost decoratively nice (see photo) with anticorrosion properties for 48 hour in salt chamber and up to 1000 hours in humid constant climate (according to the norm DIN 50021 SS, resp. DIN 50017). You surely encountered it - it is the only surface used for arms (e.g. gun barrel, gunlock and so on). Due to the ban on hexabasic zinc currently a part of surface treatment converts to this technology , which is in terms of price a very interesting alternative.Production line is composed in terms of capacity of individual tanks, each with the volume of 100L, which enables us to make bruniering of components up to the length of 1m, respectively also longer in case of double sided bruniering
