Asgard has the knowledge and capability to produce parts for critical applications & highly demanding environments. Accuracy is our forte and we regularly produce parts to within 10µm tolerances. We use the most modern sliding-head lathes from STAR and produce incredibly accurate and complex parts; from below 0.5mm diameters; up to 1mtr in length. All of Asgard’s machines have cross-milling and cross-drilling capabilities and sub spindles; giving the added benefit of reducing cycle times. We work in stainless steel, advanced materials (including high-alloy & duplex materials, such as Inconel) and Titanium.
