PEKU Folien GmbH is a medium-sized family business that focuses on the sustainable production of films and bags. The company is a partner for the food, hygiene, garden, industrial, medical, pharmaceutical and many other sectors. The product portfolio consists of mono- and co-extruded films made of polyethylene, which are up to 100% recyclable. Internal film waste is processed in our own recycling plant and returned to the production cycle. For our films and bags made from recycled material, PCR (post-consumer resin) and PIR (post-industrial resin) regranulates are also used, depending on customer requirements. In addition, with PEKUGreen, a brand was created that uses renewable raw materials. PEKU prints all films with up to 10 colours in high-quality flexographic printing (full HD quality), depending on customer requirements. The range of films includes tubular, half-tubular and flat films. In the converted area, PEKU has concentrated on drawstring bags, pressure seal bags, chain bags, Euro-hole bags, wrap-around bags and special bags. In addition, the film manufacturer also offers simple bottom gusset, side seam and bottom seam bags. Bachmann Alutec is a specialist in the manufacture of refined aluminium and copper foil as well as composite webs for technical applications. Depending on specific requirements, a wide range of raw materials can be combined or laminated using the processes below. Products include glued, laminated, coated, painted, printed, embossed, greased, stamped or shaped composite webs and multilayer film, as well as treated surfaces of metal bands that are wound on rolls (coils) and cut to a desired width (ready-made).
