Cosmic Fräsroboter Hausanschluss bogengängig, mit integrierter Kamera von DN100-225. Der leistungsstarke Elektrofräsmotor überzeugt wie sein großer Bruder durch unübertroffene Fräsleistung. Die Fräseinheit läßt sich mit Adapter einfach an den Rohrdurchmesser anpassen und kann auch in vertikale Leitungen verwendet werden.

Mit der Hutzentechnik werden Anschlüsse im Kanalnetz dauerhaft saniert. Wir verwendet dafür nahtfreies Glasfaserlaminat, wodurch die Haltbarkeit und Lebensdauer gesteigert wird. Dazu wird der Sanierungsroboter mit einer Hutzenversetzvorrichtung bestückt. Der Arbeitsbereich dieser Hutzenversetzvorrichtung umspannt den Durchmesser 100 bis 200 mm.

Using the Hat-system, connections in the sewer system can be rehabilitated permanently. To do that, we use seamless glass fiber laminate which increases the lifespan. The rehabilitation robot is equipped with a Hat-transfer-gear with a workfield of the diamter 100 to 200 mm.

Molded parts or shortliners are cured safely thanks to the drive unit which also includes a doumentation of the operation with a videotext.

On this drive- and spin unit, as it is common with the Cosmic-systems, all of the attachments can be changed in a few minutes .

The CS100 winder is equipped with a shock-line, a slip ring arrangement and with a wind connection so that house connections can be rehabilitated safely.

All attachments can be controlled easily with the drive. Operating with the drive is simple because it's clearly arranged so that nothing is left to chance.

With suitable guides, hats and shortliners can be placed in the egg-profile.

With this application it is possible to make rehabilitations in the egg-profile 200/300 to 400/600. This undercarriage can be used for previous models (C150 - C120-3) too.

The biaxial satellite-camera is positioned with the hopper unit at the branch and the integrated feed device helps to drive it up to 10 meters into the house connection.

The hopper unit is used for the root cutter or the cleaning nozzle. They are positioned on the branch with the unit and then powered with water. The root cutter is used to remove ingrown roots and/or prepare the pipe wall for the rehabilitation The cleaning nozzle can be attached the same way to flush the house connections from the main sewer. The nozzle works like the root cutter but just with one rotating spray jet.

Using the Hat-technology, connections in the sewer system are rehabilitated durably. Therefor we use seamless glass fiber laminate raising the resistance and the lifespan. To do so, the rehabiliation robot is equipped with a Hat-appliance. The working range of this appliance contains the diameter 150 to 600 mm in the main pipe and 100 to 200 mm in the house connections Damaged spots in the area of the sockets, longitudinal cracks or breakouts in the pipe are rehabilitaded with GFK-laminates. The additional lights can be mounted directly on the crawler, but also on the gearbox and on the packer, so it provides an opimal lightening. The camera holder will be mounted directly on the crawler and on the hopper-unit. The gears hold the equipment (milling unit, hat-installation device,...). The wheelset sees to it that the C120E adapts to its surrounding perfectly and the weights provides the required stability.

The C120-4 crawler is a master of metamorphosis. With few handles it can be adapted to the pipe diameter. ( DN120 - DN600 ). There is no problem to put Cutters, Hats or Shortliner to the right place or driving inside with a satllite camera, cutting roots or washing inside the connection while using a hopper unit. This process will be assembled in a few steps.

The cable winch automatically adaps itself to the speed of the robot and provides a perfect on and off winding. It is equipped with a yardage counter unit, an additional lighting fixed on the cable winch to light a shaft and an additional hand-operated winch to position the flexi ble deflector roll.

With the control unit all applications check themselves up simply and with a lot of feeling. It is easy to run and everything is clearly arranged to leave nothing to the chance.
