Spiral prismatic nozzle (SPN) СЕЛИВАНЕНКО® is used for filling distillation columns in the production of alcohol and alcoholic beverages, as well as for other processes of liquids fractionation. It represents several whorl of the spiral, turned relative to each other at a certain angle. The size of each element is 3 mm * 3 mm. SPN СЕЛИВАНЕНКО® is made of high-quality stainless steel food grade wire, and then undergoes a unique treatment to ensure an extended surface and good wetting ability, which compares it favorably with the products of competitors. SPN performance capability is achieved by a two-stage surface treatment, including not only acid etching, but also calcinating at high temperature.
