Reliable with low wear. On the HONSEL BZ 143A, the clamping jaws are specially adapted to the trapezoidal grooves of the rivet mandrel. In combination with the modified clamping mechanism, this guarantees secure and positive setting of FERO® BULB high-strength blind rivets (or comparable types) with mandrel diameters from 3.8 to 6.15/6.5 mm! Wear of the clamping jaws is minimised!

SFM-PL folding blind rivet nuts are constructed for those applications where a high pull-out strength is requested. The slottedshaft makes the rivet nut split into four straps with a wide contact surface that guarantee an equal distribution of forces especially on plastics and other vulnerable materials. Furthermore this type offers a very big grip range! SFM-PL folding blind rivet nuts are for example used in all fields of vehicle manufacturing.

The HONSEL COIL "cone" can be installed in the same way as a coil with tab. No additional or special tools are required for process-reliable installation. When the HONSEL COIL "cone" is screwed onto the installation spindle, the conical portion of the wire thread insert creates a clamping effect between the installation tool and the coil. This ensures a stable installation process into the work piece. One blind rivet nut for all grip ranges. The innovative and patented development of the Honsel-Group was in 2007 the first mass-production multigrip blind rivet nut. The product has a lot of advantages over the common standard types like no mixing of different grip ranges, reduction of storrage and failure costs or the reduction of item diversity.

The knurled shaft of the blind rivet nut provides a locking device to avoid the turning of the insert in the component. These knurled blind rivet nuts are used preferably in components with lower regidity (component material is less "hard" than the material of the blind rivet nut).They are available with different heads (dome, countersunk and small countersunk) and as open and closed end versions.

Blind rivet nuts with continuous hexagonal (Hexaform) or partial hexagonal shank (Hexatop) are another possibility to avoid the rotation of the fastener in the component as alternative to knurled shafts. Especially with coated components or when using tools smaller working stroke you can achieve excellent results.

The self-clinch nut is a threaded fastener that has a knurl and a notch. The knurl ensures while embedding into the metal sheet the displaced material to spread evenly in the notch. This ensures an especially good stability. RIFBOLT blind rivet studs consist of a sleeve and a screw, which are joined together by welding or crimping. As special production components we can use different lenghts and types of screws can be used as well as almost every rivet nut sleeve. Blind rivet studs offer a multiple use. They can — connect different working pieces, — install a thread into components and — fix additional parts to the screw.

The classic form of blind rivet nuts with parallel shank for use in dry and grease-free components . The availability in aluminum, steel and stainless steel with all head shapes (flat head, countersunk head and small countersunk head) in sizes from M3 -M12 provides a large choice for all applications .

The HONSEL RIVET NUT "headless" can be used in existing and new applications. The blind rivet nut can be flush mounted in smooth bores without countersinking. The omission of the "countersink" process of the hole realizes enormous potential for savings. Due to the 0 mm protrusion, components can be mounted without interfering edges or slide over one another without obstruction.
