Cement-bonded particleboards are used in "dry installation" technology. Thanks to their parameters, they are used in construction, including in structural elements. CW panels are fireproof - according to the European standard EN 13 501-1 they are classified as BS1D0 (flame retardant) and A2 (non-flammable). They have soundproofing properties (30-35dB). They are resistant to various atmospheric conditions, such as frost or moisture, to mold and mildew, and thanks to their cement content - also resistant to insects. Cement-bonded boards are a resilient material - the modulus of elasticity of the boards is more than 4500 N/mm2, the bending strength is greater than 9 N/mm2. They are easy to work with, as well as environmentally friendly and safe for health, as they do not contain any hazardous substances such as asbestos or formaldehyde.

It consists of multiple veneer layers, in which the fibers are arranged perpendicularly. It is glued with urea-formaldehyde resin, meeting the E0.5 standard according to PN-EN 636 for formaldehyde emissions. It makes an excellent construction material. Dry-faced raw plywood is designed for use in dry conditions.

It is a hardwood, waterproof plywood covered with melamine film, which is a paper impregnated with resin. It is pressed onto the plywood at high temperature, under high pressure. The advantages of film-faced smooth plywood are high mechanical strength, UV resistance and biological durability. In the non-flammable version in the Bfl-s1 standard, it is excellent for construction and interior finishing as a structural and non-structural material. Polish product.

The three-layer bonding guarantees high measurement accuracy. Each of the three layers, both the longitudinal outer layers and the diagonal inner layer, is waterproof. They are covered with a special coating of melamine resin, which prevents concrete from sticking and makes them easy to clean, and with paint, which provides protection against harsh weather conditions. Thanks to the sanded surface, the concrete structure is perfectly smooth after formwork. Pfeifer formwork panels are available in both wrought with front edge protection and unwrought versions.

All shuttering boards are coated with a special phenolic film, so that concrete does not stick to them and they are waterproof. Protecting the edges with acrylic paint further prevents moisture penetration. They provide a smooth concrete surface after formwork. OSB/3 is made from pine chips, which come primarily from nurturing forest clearcuts. In the outer layers, the chips are arranged parallel to the longer side of the board, while in the inner layers they are arranged perpendicularly. This microstructure gives it high rigidity and resistance to bending. Thanks to the use of modern technologies, the board is characterized by excellent parameters. It is easy and inexpensive to process, resistant to harsh weather conditions, and provides excellent acoustic insulation. A big plus is also the ease of its installation. It is available in two variants: with straight edges and with four-sided tongue-and-groove milled edges.

The outer layer, 1.5 mm thick, is made of birch or pine veneer. Joinery board is available in two types of bonding: dry-resistant with a urea-formaldehyde resin-based bond for use in dry conditions, and water-resistant with a phenol-formaldehyde resin-based bond for use in wet conditions. The blockboard is lightweight and easy to work with, resistant to deformation.

Hardwood plywood is produced from selected raw material, so there is less dusting during processing, the edges after cutting are very precise, and the engraved details are extremely clear and accurate. It is also available with melamine film.

Waterproof, covered with a hot-pressed phenolic film with a mesh imprint. Inner layers can be of hardwood veneers (homogeneous) or a combination of hardwood and softwood (combi). High resistance and excellent surface protection against mechanical and chemical damage. This product is also available in a non-flammable version in the Bfl-s1 standard.

Bitumer Diplax is a special type of mineral and bituminous mixture used in the cold form. It can be used in all weather conditions at temperatures from -20 °C to +60 °C. It is prepared for immediate use directly from the package.It does not require the use of any specialized equipment. Damage repairs are waste-free and excess mix can be collected back into the container and used for another repair. Bitumer DIPLAX is used for: •express and permanent repair of damage to roads with asphalt and concrete surfaces. •for filling cavities after installation work: gas, plumbing, electrical, etc. •allows to eliminate damage of any shape, depth and size.

Bitumer TIXO is one-component, plastic, ready-to-use bituminous mass highly modified with synthetic rubber. Product is a modified bitumen reinforced with additives. High solid content gives possibility of making a good lasting bond which secures and seals the connection of asphalt materials. Bitumen-polymer adhesive tape BITUMER TB90 coiled material consisting of petroleum bitumen, polymer and texturing agents. Sealing tape intended for technological sealing in communication construction: • joining asphalt layers made at different times, transverse and longitudinal joining, •combinations of various materials, e.g. asphalt concrete layer with mastic asphalt layer and asphalt layer with external devices in the pavement, e.g. inlets, manholes, manholes and other infrastructure elements embedded in the road surface or limiting them (curbs, drainage elements, rails).
