AMT&C LLC offers a full range of services in calculations, design and manufacturing of permanent magnet assemblies with required magnetic field configuration. Many years experience in complicated magnetic systems production combined with application of modern most effective magnetic materials permit us to reach high parameters: - to produce, with permanent magnet systems, the magnetic flux density up to 3 Tesla and more; - to reach high homogeneity up to 105; - to create magnetic systems with complicated field pattern; - to produce adjustable magnetic field generators on the basis of permanent magnets. The magnetic field changing rate in such systems can reach 10 Tesla per second.

For testing cardio-stimulators and other medical devices, a set of the magnetic field sources was designed having a magnetic flux density in the working area from 1 to 300 mT.

The magnetic system of this field source is also built on the principle of nested cylindrical Halbach-structures. An important feature is the presence of two motors, controlled independently, so it is possible to manage the change not only the magnitude but also the direction of the magnetic field. Because the device was designed for operation together with an optical microscope, the vertical size of the system near the working region is reduced to 90 mm. Stepper motors, that turn the two magnetic subsystems, are located on the sides of the casing

This type of magnetic systems is developed for NMR applications, but can also be used for other tasks requiring the highly homogeneous magnetic field in the significant working volume. The main magnetic system, built on the principle of dipole Halbach-structure, is complemented by the additional corrective system of magnetic elements, that allows to bring the homogeneity of the magnetic field to the level of 10-4 in the desired working volume.

This magnetic system is specially designed for non-destructive testing of pumped vacuum devices, that required the creation of a uniform magnetic field not only in the center of the operating bore, but in the toroidal region of large size. The system is assembled on the basis of NdFeB permanent magnets.

AMT&C LLC produces a wide variety of magnetic blocks – basic components of the pipeline flaw detectors. Thanks to the stable quality and guaranteed high magnetic parameters of our magnetic assemblies we supply them for largest Russian companies producers of the diagnostics equipment for gas and oil pipelines.

This type of magnetic field sources also is based on the principle of dipole Halbach-structure, but the special design permits to get an optical access to the sample under investigation along several directions with a rather wide aperture. It is possible to supply the system with a built-in field measuring system, connected to a PC. The field adjustment can be controlled from a PC or with a built-in controller. The geometrical and field parameters described above can be change under customer specification.

This type of highly intensive magnetic field generator is based on the dipole Halbach structure principle and offers the possibility to vary the field value, including field polarity reversal, from –Bmax up to +Bmax. The magnetic induction vector is directed transverse to a cylinder-shaped working bore. The field direction is constant; the field uniformity is ±0.5%. The system is PC-controlled, so it is possible to assign various time profiles of the magnetic field. It is important, that it is possible, using these permanent magnet assemblies, to reach rather high field modulation rates – up to 10 T/sec. AMT&C LLC offers the production of the adjustable field systems under customer specifications. In case the high field uniformity and high field changing rate are not needed we can offer various types of simple adjustable systems. For example, the shown device has symmetrically moving poles so the inductance in the central point can be changed in limits from 0.1 to 1 T.

The compact system of permanent magnets NdFeB, designed according to the principle of the dipole Halbachstructure, allows to get, inside the bore, rather homogeneous magnetic field with the magnetic flux density up to 23 Tesla. The system can be an efficient alternative to electromagnetic sources of the magnetic field, and can be used in scientific and applied research requiring magnetic fields of high intensity. Geometrical dimensions and magnetic flux density in Halbachtype systems can vary widely, the attached data and photos are typical examples. AMT&C LLC offers the manufacturing of steady magnetic field systems according the customer technical specifications. To improve the temperature stability the system can be assembled of SmCo magnets.

AMT&C LLC developed several types of axial magnetic field systems of permanent magnets that allow to reach highly homogenous field in a wide ranges of magnetic flux density and working area size. Examples of magnetic systems, given in the table, represent typical axial field systems that were designed and manufactured according to customized technical requirements. At your request the magnetic field source will be optimized to get the required parameters.

AMT&C LLC for many years is engaged in design and manufacture of the measuring equipment intended for research of magnetic properties of materials. In the field of the magnetocaloric effect (MCE) these products continue own scientific interests of the AMT&C company employees, recognized experts in this realm of physics. Manufacture of the scientific equipment is based on the following core technologies, backed by patents and numerous know-how: - a wide experience in design and manufacture of complicated magnetic systems, including the adjustable magnetic field generators, controlled by a computer; - use of the most advanced products and ideas in the field of measuring technics; - the magnetic field source and data acquisition system are controlled by means of the specialized software that allows to create setups operating in automatic mode; as a rule, the LabView based software is used. Since 2009 AMT&C LLC produces the measuring equipment under trade mark "MagEq".

AUPT GRIB is designed for fire extinguishing of electrical cabinets, electrical panels in residential and industrial premises. The device is made of modern ecological material and equipped with a magnetic holder. For installation, simply magnet the "Grib" to a metal surface inside your control cabinet. Inside the device there are macrocapsules are filled with a perfect extinguishing agent, the so-called "dry water". When heated, the capsule is destroyed, and the extinguishing composition extinguishes fires.
