Our selection of Sealing Gaskets includes a number of bespoke solutions across a wide range of materials, this includes materials such as Nitrile, Graphite & SBR just to name a few. We also keep a number of Rubber seals in stock to ensure a full selection, this includes O-Rings and rubber cording. Our gaskets are regularly used to seal off the flange of a pipe and come in two different types as standard, these being insertion and full face. Gaskets are available in a number of custom sizes to fit, as per your project requirements. Stocked in high quality rubbers and polymers, these can be affixed onto a pipe face to protect and seal simultaneously.

Product Features: • Electronic instrument enclosures, designed for mounting printed circuit boards or DIN rail mounted components. • The polycarbonate material carries a UL flammability rating of UL94 5V and is suitable for outdoor use. • Lid and mounting holes are located outside of the gasket seal. • Lid is secured with self captivating M4 stainless steel machine screws (included), threaded into integral stainless steel bushings (for repetitive assembly and disassembly). • Heavy duty 16 gauge galvanized steel panels available. • All stainless steel hardware to avoid corrosion caused by dissimilar metals. • Gasket is a preformed, high temperature U.L. listed silicone rubber. Gasket is replaceable. • Gasketed lid with two piece "tongue and groove" construction provides protection against access of oil, dust and water. • Internal DIN rail mounting tabs.

Gasket supplied loose inside the enclosure (not pre-installed). • Gasket has a temperature rating of -40C to +150C. • Ideal for repetitive opening and closing. • Four recessed stainless steel machine screws secure lid into tapped holes. • Easy to wall mount using "through box - blind hole" construction, outside of gasket protection. • Lid screws are self captivating (lid holes are threaded with the first installation of lid screws). Note: Except for 1590Z060, 1590Z061, 1590Z062 and 1590Z063. • Designed to meet IP68. • North American Mark of Safety - cUL and UL listed. Certified to Type 4, 4X, 6, P.
