To compliment this, we have a 15 Tonne capacity forklift truck for handling storage containers and vanning/de-vanning operations. Our premises at Halifax also offers the opportunity for test builds, complete with handling facilities and auxiliaries. Our portside Goole Depot offers both internal warehousing and external storage facilities, and features a 110 Tonne straddle carrier, a 45 Tonne capacity container handler/top lift and up to 28 Tonne FLT equipment for handling storage containers and vanning/de-vanning operations. Each COLLETT depot features warehousing & specialist heavy lift equipment including 110 Tonne straddle carriers, overhead gantry cranes and fork trucks providing the ideal solution for storage and transhipment operations.

Our three-acre heavy lift terminal at the Port of Grangemouth is our Scottish headquarters and acts as a central hub for importing and exporting project cargo, breakbulk, abnormal loads and wind energy components. This depot features a 110 Tonne gantry crane along with other heavy duty handling equipment, and has the full use of the Port of Grangemouth, providing facilities for vessels up to 140m LOA.

Our warehousing and storage facilities can accommodate long and short term cargo handling and storage solutions or can simply be used as a 'holding' area for abnormal loads awaiting onward transport or shipment. Our 5-acre depot at Halifax offers 40,000sq ft of indoor warehousing and outdoor storage space and is divided between two operations, general warehousing for standard cargo and heavy lift storage for large, out of gauge cargo and abnormal loads. This depot is fully equipped to accommodate test builds, featuring two overhead gantry cranes with 30 Tonne and 32 Tonne capacity.
