trak | uplift quadro traction battery is specially tailored to the requirements and challenges of high- tonnage electric forklift trucks, high-current applications as well as applications with dynamic load profiles. The cells of this advanced battery for heavy-duty applications meets the requirements of the DIN EN 60254-2 standard with regard to capacity, weight and dimensions and can therefore be installed in the same battery trays as conventional PzS cells. trak | uplift quadro is more energy-efficient and requires 7 % less energy for each charging process than a conventional PzS battery – and therefore ensures a reduction in power consumption. Furthermore, the trak | uplift quadro can be charged much faster, requiring at least 12 % less time for a full charge. The result: batteries are available more quickly.

This stacking solution grid | XtremeStack uses the existing space intelligently to integrate the maximum number of grid | Xtreme VR top terminal batteries to save space in a complete system and optimize footprint. The grid | Xtreme VR pure lead batteries assembled in a grid | XtremeStack rack require up to 10% less floor space than a lithium-ion solution. High space-saving solution: In comparison to conventional racks there is place for 20% more batteries in the same area. grid | XtremeStack is both horizontally and vertically expandable and adapts flexibly to customers’ needs.

It offers high flexibility due to modular expandability. Characterised by a lower C02 Footprint compared to a conventional AGM battery, fast charging capability, high energy efficiency, minimized investment costs and TCO. In combination with grid | Xtreme Stack, it requires up to 10% less floor space than a lithium-ion solution. Lead-acid is a proven and reliable sustainable technology. 99% of the lead used in our batteries is utilised in an environmentally compatible economic cycle.

By using HOPPECKE ESS technology, the sun | power VR M battery offers excellent cycle stability and increased service life. Furthermore, the HOPPECKE system connector ensures increased short-circuit safety. Sun | power VR M is maintenance-free regarding water refilling.

UniPower 12-48V CAN-Bus System

The sun | power VR L valve regulated lead acid batteries are specially designed for high energy throughputs and are ideally suited for cyclic applications. They are characterized by excellent cycling properties during operation with partial discharge (Partial State of Charge - PSoC). In conjunction with the extensive capacity range, they are the battery of choice for village power supply. Other typical applications include emergency power supply, security lighting and grid services. The proven format according to DIN 40742 and the possibility of horizontal operation make the sun | power VR L battery versatile and furthermore provide the necessary flexibility for optimal space utilization.

Using armored plate technology, the sun | power V L battery is perfectly suited for cyclic applications. It's typical applications are village power supply, hybrid systems, mobile phone stations, security lighting, peak shaving and emergency power supply. By using the HOPPECKE sun | air electrolyte circulation system, the battery can be charged faster and more gently.

The grid | power V X battery is characterized by its special design as completely cast positive plates with lamellar structure. The use of high-purity grid lead with a high electrode thickness as well as a low acid density results in an expected design life of up to 25 years. The product design according to DIN 40738 ensures the highest compatibility when replacing and expanding existing plants and battery systems. trak | powerpack lion is a highly efficient, modular lithium-ion traction battery system consisting of a lithium-ion battery, an HF charger and an integrated battery management system. In addition, a custom battery rack is included for your critical application and will be approved for you along with the battery. The DIN compatible batteries are transparent (maintenance facilitation) and easy to replace because they fit dimensionally in standard DIN cabinets. The trak | uplift air battery is a lead acid battery for use in industrial trucks. The battery is equipped with the high-quality trak | air electrolyte circulation system, which shortens charging time while increasing battery availability. In addition, the energy requirement is reduced, and the water requirement is reduced by up to 65%. Reduced overcharging with trak | uplift air also increases cycle life. Especially in combination with our HOPPECKE HF chargers, the battery is charged gently and efficiently. Due to the possibilities of fast and intermediate charging, even demanding 24/5 shift operations are possible with trak | air.

The closed lead-acid battery, grid | power V L consists of positive tubular plates and negative grid plates and offers an extremely long cycle life due to its construction. It is one of the longest-lasting lead-acid batteries and is also characterized by its robustness. The grid | power V L are ideally suited for use in areas with high cyclic and capacitive loads, such as power supply systems, telecommunications equipment or long bridging times (between 1 h and > 10 h) for emergency lighting.

The grid | power VR L is a sealed lead-acid battery of the OPzV series. It is maintenance-free regarding water refilling. The HOPPECKE tubular plate design and the optimized lead-calcium alloy ensure very good cycle stability and high expected service life. Certified and manufactured according to EU Directive 2014/34/EU(ATEX), it guarantees maximum safety in dust and gas atmospheres. The unique trough and the "Ex-cells" guarantee the highest possible working safety and user-friendliness.
