Compact push to connect fittings ( miniature pneumatic fittings, compact one touch tube fittings ) are specially designed for pneumatic installations in equipment that are small and compact in size. Pneuflex's pneumatic push in fittings are designed for use with polyurethane, polyethylene and nylon tubing that accommodate metric tubing O.D ranging from 4mm to 16mm. and accommodate inch tubing O.D ranging from 1/8" to 1/2". Thread sizes ranges from BSPT1/8 to BSPT1/2.

Pneuflex's NPT thread push in fittings are designed for use with nylon tubing, polyurethane and polyethylene that accommodate inch tubing O.D ranging from 1/8" to 1/2", metric tubing O.D ranging from 4mm to 16mm. Thread sizes range is from 10-32UNF to 1/2 NPT. A quick hold and release mechanism of stainless steel tube gripping claws, collars and release sleeves(collets) to provide a low disconnection force for easy removal of the tubing.

Pneumatic fittings - rapid fittings (joint fittings) are an alternative and very reliable way to connect pneumatic hose. This kind of connection is extremely solid, but still can be quite easily changed or replaced. Recommended for industrial applications. Metal rapid fittings can work with pressure up to 15 bar in temperatures from -20°C up to 70°C. All rapid fittings are made of nickel-plated brass (with NBR sealing), and are dedicated to work with all kinds of plastic tubes, including, but not limited to: polyethylene, polyamide (nylon), polyurethane.

Pneumatic fittings - hand valves (shut-off valves, pneumatic valves) are used for turning air pressure on and off for pneumatic devices. The three-ways control hand valve, when closed, discharges the residual pressure from the output side (device). Therefore it assures safety at adjustment or repair of the connected devices. The two-ways control hand valve does not have air discharge mechanism, is suited for air supply to a tank or other devices from which the residual pressure should not be discharged. The two-directional control valve is also suited for the system where vacuum piping is used.

The male connector (male straight) push in fitting connects inline tubing to a female threaded port. External tightening with a flat wrench or socket wrench, internal adjustment with an Allen wrench.
