CONSTAB CON-Xtend 21 is used to produce articles for industrial packaging and food packaging. Improve your barrier packaging with CONSTAB CON-Xtend 21, an innovative solution that allows you to adjust the barrier effect according to your specific requirements. Using CONSTAB CON-Xtend 21 saves EVOH and therefore costs, increases productivity and ensures recyclability without compromising on oxygen barrier.

Ecocell® is a patented, endothermic chemical foaming agent (CFA) masterbatch that helps improve multiple plastic requirements simultaneously. Our masterbatches are designed to optimize the properties of end products for specific applications. The use of Ecocell® significantly reduces material consumption. In addition, mechanical properties of the products can be optimized. Furthermore, cooling times are shortened, performance is increased and energy costs are reduced.

With CONSTAB CON-Batch 30X, films can be produced denser and firmer - the layer thickness, on the other hand, can be reduced by approx. 25 %, the heating power by approx. 20 %. CONSTAB CON-Batch 30X masterbatch is used, for example, in the production of thermoformable sheets and enables the overall thickness of the sheet to be reduced by up to 30% while maintaining its mechanical integrity. It improves the mechanical and optical properties of the final product. In addition, the masterbatch serves as a processing aid in extrusion applications, enabling higher production speeds and a wider processing window, while reducing energy consumption. CON-Batch 30X can be easily used in monofilms and thus recycled. CON-Batch 30X can be supplied with a certificate confirming CO₂-neutrality.

INTRODUCING NEWOSTAT® INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL ANTISTATS FOR PLASTIC Everybody is familiar with electrostatic discharge. It becomes visible, and especially perceptible, when walking over a nonconductive floor, then touching a door handle and getting “a shock.” Such discharges are not only unpleasant, but in many sectors are even dangerous. Antistatic agents are used to avoid this problem and thus make both the manufacture and the use of plastic products safer. However, antistats can also contribute an additional positive effect. With NEWOSTAT® antistatic agents, the tendency of many plastics to attract dirt can be markedly reduced.

In many plastic systems, such as elastic PVC floor coverings, a wide variety of Incorporated inorganic fillers. However, these inorganic additives do not show any significant tendency to be incorporated into the liquid constituents of a plastisol. Without suitable additives, this is practically impossible. INTRODUCING NEWOLAN® NEWOLAN®- rheology additives – Products that make coating easier Many important plastics accrue during manufacture as fine particulate powders. It is often difficult to produce sheeting from them on a supporting material for example for floor coverings. Therefore, before mechanical shaping as a surface can occur, these powders must first be converted into a flowable or spreadable paste with a fluid medium. Such pastes are called plastisols. In the process, rheology additives optimally adapt the flow behavior (rheology) of the PVC pastes to the process parameters during sheeting manufacture. Under the brand name NEWOLAN®, NEWOS offers innovative and market-tested rheology additives that can be optimized to your requirements at any time.

BIEGLO offers recycled PEEK as granules. This R-PEEK is produced in Europe and offers a very good cost position compared to virgin material. At the same time, BIEGLO is doing something good for the environment in terms of sustainability. PEEK as a high performance thermoplast keeps its properties throughout the recycling process. PEEK-residues do not end up in an incineration plant, but are being recycled in a quality assured way. Colour masterbatches These are used for colouring plastic products. Additive masterbatches They ensure certain properties of the end products, such as UV stabilization, flame retardancy, antistatic properties or antiblocking. Combination masterbatches Contains both colorants and additives.

BIEGLO can offer a variety of PEEK compounds, both as raw material and as semi-finished product. PEEK compounds can be supplied with carbon or glass fibers as well as with PTFE and tribological compounds with a mix of PEEK, PTFE, carbon fibers and graphite. In addition, PEEK color compounds can also be supplied. PEEK-CF30 impresses with its outstanding mechanical and thermal properties. The carbon fibers provide increased stiffness, creep resistance and better thermal conductivity. Furthermore, PEEK-CF30 has exceptional resistance to hydrolysis in boiling water or hot steam. PEEK-GF30 impresses with its improved mechanical strength and high rigidity. In addition, the creep resistance and dimensional stability is increased. The glass fibers provide increased life in high static and high temperature applications over a long period of time. PEEK-GF30 does not dissolve in common solvents and resists high gamma rays.

FLAME RETARDANT FOR PLASTICS

In addition to common applications such as shrink BOPP tobacco films, CONSTAB Modifier masterbatches can also be used for other applications. They provide a whole range of benefits - from labels to transparent food packaging. For example, they contribute to improved mechanical and optical properties, create an increased gas barrier or better processability.

BIEGLO can offer PEEK granulates in various viscosities. It can be used for a variety of applications: semi-finished product extrusion, injection molding, compounding, filament and film extrusion, coatings. Our CoPEEK 012G is high viscous, unreinforced PEEK for extrusion and injection molding, thus it is the standard type for the production of semi-finished products. CoPEEK 021G is medium viscous, unreinforced PEEK for injection molding. But it can also be extruded for the production of films and filaments. CoPEEK 085G is low viscous, unreinforced PEEK for the extrusion of films and filaments. It is also used as the basis for compounds and composites. CoPEEK 125G is very low viscous, unreinforced PEEK for the injection molding of thin-walled, complex components. It is also suitable for the production of highly filled compounds.

Fatra, a.s. – the traditional plastic processing company in the Czech Republic – expanded its production facilities in 2015 by processing internal and external plastic waste on a new re-granulating line. We offer polyolefin re-granulates produced on modern re-granulating lines, plastic waste processing from PP, PE, PP/PE, EVAC materials, and plastic waste buyout.

PVC granulate is a semi-product designed for further industrial processing (extrusion / co-extrusion, injection, moulding, coating). It is made from mixtures of plasticized / non-plasticized polyvinylchloride and respective admixtures according to final use requirements.

LDPE regranulate with EuCertPlast certificate, produced from 100% PCR waste material, for blowing even very thin films. MFI range from 0.3 to 3.0 adapted to customer's specification. The raw material is double filtered as standard (90 and 90 µm filters), very clean, double degassed, homogeneous and has low process smell. Can be adapted to other applications, production of cast foil or injection. Quality confirmed for each batch of the product.
