Xian Huan-Tai was founded in 1995. We are an ISO 9001 certificated company. We have been providing various models of sow molds to aluminum smelters in America, Australia,Canada, Germany, India, Italy and South Africa for nearly 3 decades. We gradually expanding our product line from sow molds to other castings used in aluminum recycling system, including dross pans, cooling heads, skim tools and other iron and steel castings. Responding to the customer demand, since 2010, we started to design and build dross press and other devices needed for aluminum recycling system, providing solutions for customers to maximize their aluminum recovery rates.

After receipt of the buyer's payment, Seller pays all intermediaries involved in the transaction as per the NCNDA/IMFPA signed by the parties involved. Istanbul Dokum is an organization, has flexible production methods enable to cast, iron, nodular iron, steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex and bronze in sand molding system in a single foundry. Our foundry, as different from the hundreds of foundries across Turkey and Europe, complex is equipped to supply castings to customers. In our induction furnaces, your orders are casted carefully with our qualified personnel. Casting cleaning is carried out by a separate team within our structure and some parts are subjected to heat treatment in accordance with special demands. We apply heat treatment in order to achieve better mechanical values depending on the end use areas. Sandblasting is done in our 2500x2500x3500(h)mm inner dimensioned sandblasting machine with a single piece capacity of 10 tons.

ALWA MOULD SLV is a universal two-component fast casting PU resin for mould making. It is used for the production of milling devices, negatives, product holders, foundry moulds, mould plates, copy moulds, core boxes, pattern plates, casting moulds, prototype parts, supporting moulds and synthetic cast. It consists of a beige-brown low viscosity resin component A (polyol mixture) and a red-brown, low viscosity hardener (component B) based on isocyanate (Methylendi(phenylisocyanat)e = MDI). Two types are available with different pot life: *ALWA MOULD SLV 3 ~ 3 min. pot life *ALWA MOULD SLV 9 ~ 9 min. pot life

Pobjeda's subsidiary – Foundry Turbe manufactures grey cast and nodular cast products in weights of 0,5 to 300 kg, housings, covers and impellers used in oil and water pumps, as well as covers with frame, sewer and drain grids, garden program (benches, tables, poles), brake pedals for trains etc. Production is based on the manufacturing of castings via machine and manual molding. Foundry’s annual capacity is up to 2.000 t, and the production of casts is done in electro-induction furnaces.
