High-pressure systems can be automated easily and effectively by using Nova Swiss valves with air-operated actuators. The valve bodies and packing systems are identical to those in the manual valves and provide the same benefits. The extremely robust and reliable air-operated piston actuator is available in two versions: ATO (air-to-open), opens with compressed air. ATC (air-to-close), closes with compressed air.

The pneumatic part-turn actuator ensures reliable control of the 6L ball valve. The piston drive is compact and maintenance-free and can be operated with all neutral, gaseous media. The actuator has a spring-return as standard.

The 6X multiport ball valve with pneumatic part-turn actuator (STANDARD) consists of two multi-way ball valves in a compact design arranged one on top of the other in a housing with two levels. There is no flow connection between the individual levels. With one switching process both media flows are synchronously distributed or collected using a common shaft. Unintentional mixing of the media flows is not possible.

Exhaust gas bypass systems are made as additional equipment in exhaust gas heat exchangers. 3-way flap is required for bypass systems. By-passing the gas flow makes it possible to adjust temperature inside boiler (exhaust gas heat exchanger).
