We manufacture customer-specific molded parts made of rubber, silicone and elastomer composite parts in small and large series production according to your sample or drawing. Molded rubber parts are generally characterized by their good formability, chemical resistance, pressure and abrasion resistance and good electrical properties. The measuring element of the load cell consists of a double bending beam on which strain gages are applied. The applied force detunes the measuring bridge so that a proportional output voltage is generated. The strain gages on the measuring element are protected against dirt and water spray by a rubber bellows. The sensor can be easily mounted via two mounting holes. The tension or compression force to be measured is introduced at the opposite end perpendicular to the sensor axis. Due to its special design, the influence by an extension (e.g. touch finger) on the measuring signal is low. Overload protection can be realized with little effort using a mechanical stop. Unique: The TRY20 offers 3 axes and is still a compact thumb joystick The joysticks of the TRY20 series are unique in their class thanks to their rotatable knob, which, as a z-axis, offers an additional third, proportional degree of freedom for controlling the application. The industrial joysticks achieve the highest level of quality in terms of mechanics, materials and workmanship. The high-quality haptics convey a secure operating feeling and enable the user to precisely control movements in several dimensions. Double (redundant) outputs are optionally available, which enable use in safety-critical applications. Variants with protection class IP40 (hardcover) and sealed variants (rubber bellows) with protection class IP54 are available. If the z-axis (the rotatable knob) is not required, the 2-axis version with protection class IP65 can be implemented as a special version.

Joint 90/65 AS (levelled wings) was specifically designed for highway use within structures creating longitudinal movements of ± 15 (mm), vertical movements up to 10mm. It consists of an extruded rubber bellows, vulcanized to two 65x80x9 mm T-profiles and anchored to the slab by clamps of suitable diameter, placed at centre distance of 240 mm. The extruded rubber, together with the steel profiles it is vulcanized to, makes up a water-tight system and seamlessly covers the entire width of the road bed. Water-tight capacity around the areas close to the joint is ensured by appropriate water-proof materials. POS. It consists of an extruded rubber bellows, vulcanized to two 80x80x9 mm T-profiles and anchored to the slab by clamps of suitable diameter, placed at a centre distance of 240 mm. The extruded rubber, together with the steel profiles it is vulcanized to, makes up a water-tight system and seamlessly covers the entire width of the road bed. Water-tight capacity around the areas close to the joint is ensured by appropriate water-proof materials. POS.
